Better. Stronger. Faster.

I am now a regular at the gym and the difference is becoming apparent in my body. I hit a very unpleasant weight plateau where my weight didn’t move AT ALL and then actually went up. Thankfully I have been taking my measurements regularly, so I knew changes were happening no matter what the scales said.
