I just published a children’s book.
I have always assumed I would write a book, but I never considered until recently that my first book would be a children’s book about the labour movement. And yet that’s exactly what I have done. For years, I have made silly, simple rhymes about… well… anything. It was when I had written an alphabet rhyme about activism that I realized I had the start of a little children’s book.
