This is a shoutout to all the other moms who are, like me, making their own dinner for Mother’s Day.
We had leftover roast chicken in the fridge. Rather than see it go to waste, I decided to make chicken stock. So. Uh. Yeah. Yay for frugal moms and moms who can cook. Yay for my Instant Pot, which is doing the heavy lifting right now.
